October 2021

A Note from Sue

You will see a text box above with an important message regarding Covid guidance. I am sure you all appreciate that the Committee spends a lot of time discussing how we can offer the best possible experience to our Members, whilst conducting meetings face-to-face during the ongoing Pandemic. Your compliance and understanding in these matters is very much appreciated.

We are proud to have started a recent tradition of laying Remembrance wreaths at the Memorials at St. Paul's and St. John's Churches. More recently, in addition to the President and Vice President laying a wreath, we have invited members with connections to both Memorials and Churches to take it in turn. If you would like to lay a wreath at this year's Remembrance Service, please let me know. There will be a donations box to cover the cost on the sign-up table at the monthly meeting. Thank you.

October is the month when members are invited to consider joining our Committee. If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Take care and stay safe.

With very best wishes,

Sue
