The Heatons WI

Welcome to the Website of The Heatons Women's Institute in Stockport

If you would like to come along to a meeting, they are held at 7.30pm on the third Thursday of the month at the Heatons Sports Club on Green Lane, SK4 2NF (doors open at 7.20pm). We charge visitors £5 per meeting to help to cover the cost of the speaker, room hire, etc. Refreshments are available at an additional cost. The club also has a bar, which is card only.

Each meeting usually consists of a speaker or activity followed by refreshments. The second half of the meeting is a chance to share information on the many things going on in the WI, locally and nationally. We generally close around 9.45pm. Visitors are welcome to come along for up to 3 meetings.
